What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Off season workouts have consisted of both strength and speed training. Coach Causey has done a great job implementing a program for us to succeed. My speed trainer Travis Norton has helped me elevate my speed to the next level. He always figures out new ways to push me. What he has done for me has paid off tremendously.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“My strength has improved more than anything. I think you will see a much more powerful runner this season.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“My team is going to be super hard to contain. We have weapons all over the field. State championship is the goal.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I’m not sure who will be the toughest but I can assure you I have Seminole county circled on the schedule.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“I’m not sure.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Playing baseball, lifting twice a week with the team and continuing to stay in conditioned shape.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“Physicality, I have been able to put on some muscle and become stronger.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel confident about the players that we get to work with. It’ll be interesting to see how everything plays out but the talent is there.”

“Most likely Woodward. We have to go on the road to play their 2nd game of the year.”

“Josiah Abdullah from Woodward is a very talented player that we match up against next year.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“In the off-season I have been playing 7on7 and going to training 3 to 4 days a week.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel like I have improved on my speed and strength the most, honestly.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel like we are going to have a great year, it’s going to be hard to stop us.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“The toughest opponent we have is Valdosta.”

“Honestly I really don’t really think [there’s] an individual we will have a hard time with.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“As far as this off-season I've just been trying to really just get stronger in the weight room and with my technique in the field.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel I've improved most since last season with the overall patience I have in my pass sets and using my hands and feet together to become a better pass protector.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel this season is going to be great overall, we have a great coaching staff and great players, we just have to put it all together into a successful season.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Our toughest team of the schedule this year will probably be Dutchtown, they are the first game of the season so it's going to really serve as a test to see where we are as a team and what we can improve and work on for later in the season.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“The toughest player we will have to face this year will probably be Ayden Cain, he's a great interior D-Lineman. He's really explosive off the ball, has good hands and is a good size so finding a way to block him in game one is going to be key to success.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“This offseason I have been running track, lifting weights, and doing football drills to better myself in the upcoming season.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I have improved on my speed and technique.”

“I feel great on how my team can do this upcoming season. We have a great chance of going undefeated.”

“Emanuel County Institute will definitely be our toughest competition on our schedule.”

“In a preseason scrimmage game, we will face the #2 DL in the nation that plays for Savannah Christian. That’s the toughest player we will face.”
