What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Right now, we are having morning practices where we lift, have position groups, and then finish up with 7v7 competition.”
What do you feel you have improved on most this off-season?
“My speed has been a point of emphasis this off season that I really wanted to get better and our DB coach, Coach Washington, put us on a really good running program that really helped me get quicker and more explosive.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“We graduated a lot of great players last year and this year’s team is going to look completely different, but our coaches prepare us, and we all hold each other to the standard that’s at EC and we expect nothing less than that.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Collins Hill and Norcross will both be good teams.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“Travis Hunter is a really good player on the Collins Hill team.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I want to play football in college.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Auburn, Troy, Memphis, and Duke.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have visited all 4 of those schools.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I am visiting my hometown in Pennsylvania and going to visit Bucknell University while I am there.”
Have you done any camps this off-season? How do you feel you performed?
“I have done a good number of camps and I feel I performed solidly at all of them, but always have something I’m working on.”
Do you have any plans for camps ahead?
“I have 1 more camp planned, Georgia Tech.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I grew up rooting for Penn State because I lived an hour away.”
