How has everything with the football season been going so far?
“The season hasn’t gone exactly how we have planned, sitting at 2-6. As a team that hasn’t stopped us from working hard every day because we know we still have a shot to win our region.”

Have you been pleased with how you have played this season?
“Right now I’m close to reaching my preseason goals when it comes to stats. My main goal coming into the season was to control what I can control to help put the team in the best situation to win.”

How do you feel your team has played?
“As a team we have battled through a lot of adversity this season with being 2-6 but that hasn’t stopped us from getting better every week. We have stuck together throughout every obstacle that has been thrown at us.”

What do you feel your team can improve on?
“As a team we have been in many close games. The biggest thing we need to work on is finishing at the end of every game.”

What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“Moving forward, the key to us being successful is for us to stick together and block out all the outside noise and to attack every practice the best we can.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes my goal has always been to play Division 1 football.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Currently I have an offer from Charlotte. Right now, I’m talking to North Carolina, Coastal Carolina, Maryland, Boston College, Air Force, Cincinnati, Clemson and Georgia State.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I would say the school recruiting me the hardest is Charlotte because they have already offered me. North Carolina is a close second though.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I took an unofficial visit over the summer to Charlotte.”

Do you have plans for game day trips?
“I have already gone to game day visits at North Carolina, Charlotte, Georgia State, and I will also be attending a Coastal Carolina game in November. I was invited to a couple more, but I wasn’t able to attend them.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My favorite college growing up was Ohio State since I have a lot of family from Columbus.”
