What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“With my workouts I have been focusing on explosive movements. Trying to train my body to move as fast as it can. Taking a step back from all the really heavy low rep workouts.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I really feel like I am moving way better than I was last year. I was coming off an injury and was a little bigger than I wanted to be. I felt a little sluggish this year. I have slimmed down a little and I have felt way better off the ball and just overall movement.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“We have a very good chance to compete for the region title this year. We have a great mix of old guys and new guys stepping up. Our OL has 2 returning 2-year starters and 1 3-year starter and we have a great returning RB with some great young kids backing him. I think we are going to make a good run in the playoffs.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“The toughest team we will face is Bowdon. They have a great team and some great athletes.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“As individual players there are a lot of great players in our region. There are some great LBs returning in our region, but I would say the toughest over everyone would be Robert McNeal from Bowdon. He is a great QB and a good athlete. He is hard to stop.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I would love to play college football. It has always been a dream of mine.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have talked to many coaches from all over the place. I have heard from many FCS programs, a lot of G5 schools and even a couple P5 schools.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“The schools I talk to the most are Charleston Southern, Georgia Southern, Mercer, Kennesaw State, and recently Richmond.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I haven’t been on any visits yet, but I have a couple coming up.”

What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“I planned on attending the Lagrange mega camps and Mercer mega camps, however I wasn’t able to go because I sprained my ankle the week before.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My favorite college growing up was UGA but my dream school to go to was GT because I want to be an engineer.”
