How did the high school football season go overall?
“Individually it went well, but as a team we were short on players most of the year and that really hurt us.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“Right now I am playing baseball and continuing to lift every day.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“This coming season will be our first year under our new head coach, so hopefully we all get on the same page and play the best ball we can.”

“We are moving regions this year and I haven’t made it through all the film yet but Dooly County has been tough the last couple years.”

“I’ve wanted to play college football since I was very little and I’m committed to do everything in my power to make it happen.”

How did the high school football season go overall?
“This past season we did not go as far into the playoffs as we would have liked to, however I was able to learn a lot not only about myself, but about my team and the game of football that I can use to be able to take my game to the next level.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“My workout plans now consist of track, weight lifting, and my position training. During the week I usually lift every day during school except for Friday. I go to track after school Monday through Thursday, and Monday and Friday nights I have position training.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel that my team will have a great bounce back season this upcoming year, due to the fact that most of our team is returning so we have the knowledge and experience to be able to win more games.”

“I feel that Langston Hughes will be the best competition on our schedule this upcoming year.”

“The toughest individual my team will face off against this year will probably be Christian Langford, who is Langston Hughes’ quarterback.”

“My plans for this off season are to cut up and get faster point blank period.”

“If my team doesn’t win state next year [there’s going to] be some problems, we have too much talent to not make it to game 15.”

“The toughest team on our schedule is us, we can only beat ourselves.”

How did the high school football season go overall?
“We were a very young team that played a lot of freshmen and sophomores, so we took our lumps early. We finished second in the region and made the playoffs for the 19th straight year.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“I play basketball and run track, too. We made it to the 2nd round of playoffs but hoops ended, so now I’m moving to track for the spring. We are getting after it in the weight room as a team and getting ready for the state weight meet this weekend. We are a small school, so we do a spring football combine in May, and then summer workouts will start after dead week. I work with my trainer, JR Revere, each week, have some QB camps planned this off season, and will be doing some college camps this summer.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I’m excited about the new season. Like I mentioned, we had a lot of young guys play last year so we are going to build on that. We are also in a new region, which is going to be a great challenge for us. Heard County HS is building a new weight room and covered facility, and getting new turf at the stadium, so there’s a ton of work being done on campus that adds to the anticipation for the 2024 season.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“We haven’t played some of the teams in our new region, but I know there are some really solid teams up in the Rome area, and Bremen is always well coached. We also scrimmage Central Carroll and play back-to-back state champs Bowdon.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“CJ Gray at Temple is a DUDE and Kaiden Prothro from Bowdon isn’t bad either. I like and respect both those guys a lot.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“My goal is to play football in college.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I’m only a freshman, but I’ve been on a few prospect days to Vandy, Auburn, Georgia, and Ga Tech but don’t have any offers...yet.”

“I had a great visit with Vandy and their new offensive staff.”

“This year went great, got very good reps that’ll be very vital in my production in my junior campaign.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“Right now every Monday through Friday I’ve been doing track from 3:40-5:30, then getting on the field or in the weight room with my teammates from about 5:40-7:00.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“This year will be a monumental year for the Eagles Landing High School football team, looking to shock the state.”

How did the high school football season go overall?
“This past season we did not go as far into the playoffs as we would have liked to, however I was able to learn a lot not only about myself, but about my team and the game of football that I can use to be able to take my game to the next level.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“My workout plans now consist of track, weight lifting, and my position training. During the week I usually lift every day during school except for Friday. I go to track after school Monday through Thursday, and Monday and Friday nights I have position training.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel that my team will have a great bounce back season this upcoming year, due to the fact that most of our team is returning so we have the knowledge and experience to be able to win more games.”

“I feel that Langston Hughes will be the best competition on our schedule this upcoming year.”

How did the high school football season go overall?
“The previous season didn’t go as well as we would have hoped but we showed [the] ability to do well, this coming season we’ll fully tap into that potential.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“Me personally, I just want to continue to better myself in the weight room and field work wise. I’ve recently added yoga and Pilates into my routine to ensure I’ll be as nimble and agile as possible for my senior season.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“We have way too many pieces to not make noise this season. I’m excited with what we have now and what’s coming. You can expect a long run from us this season.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Looking at the schedule, seeing big names like Langston draw attention, we know what they have been capable of in the past but we also know what we can do, but that’s a great competitor for sure.”

“As a running back my mind always goes to the linebackers, with Stockbridge being back on our schedule, I’d be facing Chase (I don’t know his last name), a pretty big name in the county.”

“My recruitment has really just begun, I’ve reached out to some coaches but nothing official yet to hang my hat on.”

“I have gone to a few HBCU games just as a spectator.”

“Growing up I just favored whatever teams my family would root for, really whoever had a good running back. Georgia, when they had the combo backfield of Sony Michel and Nick Chubb, was a team I favored.”

How did the high school football season go overall?
“My season went great [with] my performance on the field [and] with the stuff I improved on and getting the ball more. But as a team, not as great, the record wasn’t great, [we’re] just learning [from] each other.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“My plans are to get better in speed and agility more and more working after school and doing weightlifting during school and stuff like that.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel great about this team for next season, we [are] all building chemistry with each other. More leaders [are] coming up and most of us came back that really played and I like that. We [are] all talented and [our] coaching staff [is] getting better and better [and] we have a chance to win STATE!”
