What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I’ve been grinding 5–6 days a week. I’m hitting the weight room heavy to bulk up, focusing on strength and explosiveness. I’ve also been doing speed and agility work, position-specific drills, and mobility sessions to stay flexible and healthy.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“My get-off and hand placement have gotten a lot sharper. I’m more explosive off the edge, and my bend has improved. I’m also recognizing plays faster — my football IQ definitely leveled up.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“We’ve got the talent and mindset to run it back. There’s a target on our back, but the hunger’s still there. Our chemistry is even stronger, and we’re locked in.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Probably Thompson. They’re physical and well-coached. That game will be a war, but we’ll be ready. Plus they’ll be looking for revenge.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“We’ll have to see next season.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes sir, I want to play D1 football — outside linebacker or edge rusher.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I’ve been in contact with schools from the SEC, ACC, and American Conference — places like Wake Forest, UNC, NC State, and others.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Right now, it’s probably NC State. They’ve stayed consistent, checking in, showing love, and being real about how I’d fit into their system.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“Yes — I’ve visited a few campuses unofficially. Got to meet some coaching staff and feel out the environment.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“For sure. I’m planning some visits over the summer and fall. I want to get a real feel for each place before making any big decisions.”
What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“I don’t plan to do many college camps but I’ll be at a few college visits. NC State, UNC, Tulane and Pitt. Mainly ones where the schools have already shown interest. I’m also hitting a few big national showcases.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Not really — I always respected teams that develop their players and win with discipline and toughness, no matter the logo.”
