How did/is everything going football wise as of late?
“Everything was good over the course of the season. We just recently got knocked out of the playoffs by a good Pierce County team.”

What do you feel your team can continue to improve on going forward?
“Right now our team needs to continue to grow in the weight room and continue to mature. We also need to focus on getting our younger guys to fill the gaps that we are losing from our seniors.”

Have you been pleased with your performances?
“I think I stepped up this year in all 3 phases of the ball. Not every game went how I wanted it too but I still made plays and did my job and at the end of the day that’s all you can ask for.”

How do you feel about the play of your team?
“Our team performed very well over the season. We kept within ourselves and used our strengths to our advantage. There were times where things didn’t always go our way but we were good at making the necessary adjustments week by week.”

What are your sporting goals going forward as of now?
“My goals are to continue to work and get better at football, but as of right now I am on the basketball team and I am transitioning into that season. In the spring I play lacrosse and I run track so I will also be participating in those sports this year. I think taking time away from football and doing other things that I enjoy is very important.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I am going to play college football after I get done with high school.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have 5 offers from UNC (Chapel Hill), Duke, Vanderbilt, Georgia Tech, and Akron.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I think they are all doing a great job in trying to swing me their way. I am still going through the process and not rushing my decision.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have been to Georgia Tech and North Carolina a couple of times. I went to Ohio State for a camp, I have visited Vanderbilt and Alabama as well.”

Do you have plans for game day trips?
“I have been on a couple of game day trips. I have been to Alabama, Vanderbilt, North Carolina, and Georgia Tech for games.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I have always been a fan of LSU and North Carolina. Both of my parents grew up in New Orleans and have been LSU fans. I have always liked UNC, I know people who have played there and I watched them play so I just became a fan.”
