How did/is everything going football wise as of late?
“Football is moving along, getting stronger, expanding my knowledge of the positions and techniques.”

What do you feel your team can continue to improve on going forward?
“Definitely the little things. As a group when we all play and are linked up we play like a championship team and that comes from focusing on our own jobs and knowing what to do, how to do it, when to do it.”

Have you been pleased with your performances?
“I’m never satisfied because I always know I can improve and be better than the next guy, which is the goal.”

How do you feel about the play of your team?
“When we are glowing, we play really well but as a team we lack the ability to maintain momentum.”

What are your sporting goals going forward as of now?
“Go to college to play football.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I would love the opportunity to play football at the d1 level.”

“Duke, Coastal, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Ga Tech.”

How did/is everything going football wise as of late?
“Football was great.”

What do you feel your team can continue to improve on going forward?
“We should continue to improve on bonding.”

Have you been pleased with your performances?
“I’ve had a great season this year.”

How do you feel about the play of your team?
“My team played very well this past season, and [I’m] looking forward to having an amazing season next year.”

What are your sporting goals going forward as of now?
“My goal is to have an amazing senior season ending my high school career.”

“Yes I want to play at the next level and I’m just going with the flow right now with whatever team offers.”

“I’ve been getting letters from lots of d2 colleges.”

“All my letters come from multiple people the majority of the time.”

“I did go visit Georgia Southern with a fellow teammate.”

“My favorite college has always been Alabama.”

How did/is everything going football wise as of late?
“Everything was good over the course of the season. We just recently got knocked out of the playoffs by a good Pierce County team.”

What do you feel your team can continue to improve on going forward?
“Right now our team needs to continue to grow in the weight room and continue to mature. We also need to focus on getting our younger guys to fill the gaps that we are losing from our seniors.”

Have you been pleased with your performances?
“I think I stepped up this year in all 3 phases of the ball. Not every game went how I wanted it too but I still made plays and did my job and at the end of the day that’s all you can ask for.”

How do you feel about the play of your team?
“Our team performed very well over the season. We kept within ourselves and used our strengths to our advantage. There were times where things didn’t always go our way but we were good at making the necessary adjustments week by week.”

What are your sporting goals going forward as of now?
“My goals are to continue to work and get better at football, but as of right now I am on the basketball team and I am transitioning into that season. In the spring I play lacrosse and I run track so I will also be participating in those sports this year. I think taking time away from football and doing other things that I enjoy is very important.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I am going to play college football after I get done with high school.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have 5 offers from UNC (Chapel Hill), Duke, Vanderbilt, Georgia Tech, and Akron.”

“I think they are all doing a great job in trying to swing me their way. I am still going through the process and not rushing my decision.”

“I have been to Georgia Tech and North Carolina a couple of times. I went to Ohio State for a camp, I have visited Vanderbilt and Alabama as well.”

“I have been on a couple of game day trips. I have been to Alabama, Vanderbilt, North Carolina, and Georgia Tech for games.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I have always been a fan of LSU and North Carolina. Both of my parents grew up in New Orleans and have been LSU fans. I have always liked UNC, I know people who have played there and I watched them play so I just became a fan.”

“Just finished with a great season but we came up short in the third round of the playoffs against Woodward Academy, but I can’t let that bother me, still got to keep working.”

What do you feel your team can continue to improve on going forward?
“My team can keep improving on leadership going forward, because our senior class had great leadership and it’s only right for us to match their leadership since they are leaving.”

Have you been pleased with your performances?
“For the most part, yes, I have some efficiencies I need to work on like pad level, being more patient, and reading the whole better.”

How do you feel about the play of your team?
“I feel like my team needs to start off hot because (mainly offensively) it takes us a couple drives to get going, but outside of that I think we are great.”

What are your sporting goals going forward as of now?
“My sporting goals going forward right now are to attack the weight room because I want to be 190 going into spring ball, and having a breakout sophomore year, leading the state in rushing.”

“The offense really revolved around our QB Max Wilson, due to his efforts on and off the field and I think this really drove us to be a great team.”

“As of right now I hope to win another state championship in baseball this upcoming season and if not I plan to do it in football next year.”

How did/is everything going football wise as of late?
“Late in the season we were good then playoffs came and I felt the team got comfortable with our opponent which showed on Friday night. I have to continue to get better this off-season by getting in the weight room, watching film, and working with my QB trainer, Ron Veal, to ensure my mechanics and mindset are correct.”

What do you feel your team can continue to improve on going forward?
“Definitely In all aspects of the game. There’s always room for improvement in everything on the field. We have to finish games better. We had Walton down and let them come back to beat us. We beat Milton. Those two teams are great and are in the semifinals this week. If we can play with them we can play with anybody.”

Have you been pleased with your performances?
“In certain aspects of the game I was pleased but if I want to get where I want to go, I have to do better. Not just playing the game but as in being a better leader and setting examples. I know I can do more to help this team and I plan to in 2024.”

How do you feel about the play of your team?
“I feel good about the playing style of my team. When you play us you’re going to feel the physicality. We must do a better job of executing in important situations and not beating ourselves with penalties.”

What are your sporting goals going forward as of now?
“Sporting goals I have are to lead my team deeper into the playoffs to give us a chance for a championship run. I play baseball also so I would like to see where that goes as well. I want to continue the recruiting process with colleges. not just for me, but for my teammates as well.”

“I have had a great season, stayed healthy, had a lot of fun, and made the playoffs.”

“Indeed, by far my most productive year. I came off injury last year, shed a little weight, gained some speed and it has paid off. Double digit tackles pretty consistently every game.”

How do you feel your team has played?
“Our team has played tough. We aren’t the biggest but our Sr’s have really stepped up and led our younger guys. We had great QB play from Josh Oliver. Our goal was to make the postseason and we accomplished that.”

What do you feel your team can improve on?
“We need size, it's hard to really “improve” that though. We do need to come out a little faster, been a little slow in a few games and luckily we have been able to turn around and make it up but this week we will really need to come out at 200%.”

What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“Keep grinding and working together. We have a great group and great coaches, we just need to keep getting better every day.”
